Books for Everyone

In the middle of the ongoing pandemic, we are blessed to receive a parcel of books from the Darien Book Aid Plan. The donation comes at a most opportune time as the books are now available for borrowing of our K-12 students who wish to have something to read while at home in this time of the pandemic.

Darien Book Aid is a non-profit, all volunteer organization that has been in existence since 1949. The foundation advocates the free distribution of books upon request from Peace Corps volunteers, libraries and schools all over the world Books are also donated to libraries, prisons, hospitals, and Native American and Appalachian groups in the United States.
